Autosomatica is an individualized space for self-inquiry through the Feldenkrais Method. Our practitioners offer a considerate, fresh and interactive environment for clients to affirm their personal goals and enhance their wellbeing.

We offer multiple payment scales that support our mission to provide somatic education regardless of financial access: $30-$60, $60-90 and $120-$180 and special sessions by donation. Our $60-90 scale focuses on supporting those making 30K and under, BIPOC, migrants, single parents, LGBTQIA+, sex workers and people living with chronic pain, illness and disability. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. We invite you to self determine your level of access and hold a nuanced dialogue about your needs throughout our work together. Our $120-$180 scale makes a donation-based session available to someone else.
